Terms and Conditions for Master Resell Rights Digital Product Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the Master Resell Rights Digital Product ("Product"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the use, distribution, and resale of the Product. By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not access or use the Product. 1. Ownership and License: The Product is owned and licensed by DKT Digital Marketing LLC. You are granted a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use, distribute, and resell the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 2. Restrictions: a. You may not claim ownership or authorship of the Product. b. You may not modify, edit, or alter the Product, unless expressly permitted in writing by DKT Digital Marketing LLC. c. You may not distribute or resell the Product in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes upon any intellectual property rights. 3. Distribution and Resale: a. You are granted the right to distribute and resell the Product in its original format or bundled with other products. c. You must include this Agreement in its entirety when distributing or reselling the Product. d. You are responsible for providing customer support for any issues or inquiries related to the Product. 4. Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights related to the Product, remain the sole property of DKT Digital Marketing LLC. b. You may not remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included with the Product. 5. Liability: a. The Product is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. b. DKT Digital Marketing LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. 6. Termination: a. This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. b. DKT Digital Marketing LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement. c. Upon termination, you must immediately cease distribution and resale of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession. 7. Miscellaneous: a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DKT Digital Marketing LLC regarding the Product and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. b. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of DKT Digital Marketing LLC c. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming. By accessing or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
